6 things you need to know
1. Keeping your personal information, well, personal
If you provide your personal information to receive any documentation from CBSS, in print or electronic form, we collect and store that information. However, it is just that…personal and private. Such personal information enables us to fulfill your information request. This information may also be used to send you additional information about CBSS products and programs.
2. We don’t allow list rentals or purchases
It is CBSS’s policy not to provide third party access to your data unless you provide written consent or as required by legal process. If a requesting entity initiates legal process seeking to require the production of your data, CBSS will attempt to notify you as soon as possible to provide an opportunity to present an opposition to production in the legal proceeding. CBSS does not sell any personal information or data that we have collected or stored.
3. When CBSS sends emails to you
Just as we expect others to respect the inbox of CBSS, we will do our best to respect yours. The only emails you’ll receive from us will be emails related to your account or your use of CBSS. We might alert you to new upgrades or enhancements or keep you abreast of CBSS news. Some of those emails may be directed to everyone, and some of them may be written just for you. If you wish to modify the frequency by which we email you, please contact us at info@coosbaysanitaryservice.com and we will work with you. Also, if you do not wish to receive emails from CBSS, we will give you the opportunity to opt out on each email we send.

5. Access to Location Information
Visual On-Route and Visual RAMS-Pro both use location data to aid its clients in tracking pertinent location details to help with communication and route updates. The collection of location data enables vehicles to leverage the benefits of Google maps, communicate back to the office their location and verification of service, and collect information about driver behavior (i.e. speed, breaking) that will enhance safety and accountability. This information is collected in the background of the Visual On-Route Android App as the tablet is being used by drivers in the field. The information gathered is not personal and is only used to transmit the location of either the truck or information surrounding the service being performed by the company. Location data can only be accessed by VOR and VRP users that have been permissioned to do so by management and is not publicly available.
